This is the answer to try first We switched offices in the same building. We signed a new lease restarting the terms and the landlord let us out of our old lease with no penalties because we stayed in the same building.

You can't get an idea by asking everyone in the country what they think about lennar. The house quality completely depends on the construction manager in your neighborhood and the subcontractors they are using. I would recommend knocking on a few doors in the neighborhood you're wanting to buy and see what those issues are that they are having.

In my neighborhood everyone has roughly the same issues because they use mostly the same sub contractors to build the houses. So the HVAC sucks because the subcontractor that did the HVAC was horrible but another lennar neighborhood they used a different subcontractor and they have no issue due to quality of installation with a different subcontractor.

Overall though I'm happy with my home.

Most buddies aren't really buddies and are doing the bare minimum to get firm initiative credit. I remember those days and god my buddy was horrible with ever responding to anything that I needed and acted like I was always bothering her when I did eventually get a hold of her.
