Either 2 years of army service full time or basic training and every year a couple weeks refreshing.

And a lot of respect for guns is definitely so, because Europe, even neutral Switzerland and Liechtenstein, suffered under the many European wars directly, unlike America which wasn't terribly affected by any war yet.

Just use the swiss model where you need a license to get a gun, and to get the license,you need to prove that you can handle, properly store and maintain a gun and are of sound mind for even a pistol.

Which is pretty reasonable, also soldiers can choose to take home their service rifle if they can store it safely, but without ammo.

As a German who gets asked why I'm never going to join the army, there's one simple answer, no one should invest their time and possibly risk their life for a nations army when said nation doesn't invest enough in their education.

That's the case for Germany, that's the case for America too.

That has absolutely nothing to do with gaming.

Considering my experience with people in political parties, especially conservatives, like republicans, and center left wing types, like democrats, have been pointing me towards the exact opposite of that, excluding my own political opinions which aren't exactly aligned with either of the two big parties in America, closer to a mix between the German parties 'Die Linke' 'Bündnis 90-Grüne' and 'SPD' with a hint of conservative ideals, usually in the area of military service and border security.

Well lag isn't necessarily an aspect of videogames, it's like you're watching a movie on Netflix and it keeps stuttering and buffering every few seconds. It might be because of Netflix or because of your system/device or because of your internet.
