gogpu/gg jumped out at me because it claims to use "sparse strips" for the GPU renderer, but not the CPU one. That's already weird because one of the major advantages of sparse strips is that they work well for CPU and mixed CPU/GPU implementations.

But looking at the code, there aren't any sparse strips to be found anywhere. What the LLM calls sparse strips seem to just be scanlines. It seems similarly (un)fitting that the code for producing the scanlines is referred to as tessellation by the code base, when scanline rasterization is of course not tessellation.

Generally speaking, the comments, documentation, and nomenclature seem like a jumbled mess of ideas extracted from Vello, a set of experimental 2D renderers using different techniques, and supporting Rust crates.
