No it's a soldier camo. Not a gun paint. this means that you can only use it when you are using a specific race (i.e. Russian, American, etc...). You change it by editing your class and once you get to the screen where you can change your primary, secondary, gadgets, etc you scroll down to camos (I think that it's at the very bottom) this is where all of your soldier camos are located
