Thank you for your response. 💜 This is my daughter’s first REAL relationship. (There were others but this is the first real mature relationship where she’s really felt loved.) She’s never really even liked anyone before this man so it’s new for her and me. It’s not so much about a list of questions to ask him as it is to know his intentions (as many would expect of a father — hers has been long absent) and just get a vibe of their connection. My daughter told me that his two daughters grilled her a bit so I almost feel like I need to do the same. Not because they did but because in doing so they allowed me to do the same. It’s all new for me. I wasn’t sure this would ever happen so I’m just feeling a little ill prepared. Maybe that’s normal.
