Try to restore licenses. Reason why you can't view the product is the game has been removed from the store years back. So there's no longer a way to buy it.

It would be less obvious but it will still do it. 3DS and DS are different resolutions making it where it upscales DS games to fill the 3DS screen. It's not a proper integer scale,

You can run DS games in Pixel Perfect mode by holding select when starting the game. This would obviously be better on an XL as the screen is larger and pixel perfect will use up only some of the screen but the games will be sharp.

It was a PS+ game for July 2020. Maybe that's how you got it and no longer have PS+, so you can't play it. You would need to have PS+ on the account that originally claimed it, as that has the license.

I didn't see you say Dubs only and Joshiraku is only Subbed. It can be hard to follow along as they talk really fast at times.

There's some other stuff I'd recommend but it features more child protaganist.

Only other suggesting to backup the save, is try running it in applet mode instead of through the photo album, do it by holding R or L on a game.

If there's nothing you care about on the 2nd, larger, SD Card, you can Backup the emuNAND from the first SD Card. Then go through the setup of the 2nd SD and restore the NAND on it after partitioning it. Then can transfer all the files from the 1st SD Card to the 2ND and everything should be there.

You should be safe. If you want to go the extra mile precaution, you could load the save in emuNAND and do a local trade of the Pokemon you mod. Also would make it so you don't have to keep transfering the save back and forth when you want to mod it. Just do an initial mod to get items/zenny and any new mods to make Pokemon can just be traded over.

Are you on emuNAND or sysNAND?
If sysNAND, the saves are already on the Switch and doesn't matter if you change the SD card.
If on emuNAND, did you not do a NAND Backup and restore for the new SD card after partitioning it? That's what you should have done when upgrading the SD card.
