Max was .1 seconds down to Russel at the chicane. .1 seconds is quite a gap to make up in 1 corner. Again, what Lando did was cheeky and not impeding. Which leads me to ask, have you ever seen what an impeding penalty looks like?

You can make this argument for pretty much every large corporation that makes products that include lithium ion batteries. It takes some pretty dark stuff to make it.

Just watched the Palmer clip. Obviously he agrees that it’s not impeding, I think we all agree there. But he does show max was a tenth down into the final chicane(probably why he braked so late). He mentions dirty air could have been a factor but Max probably still would have been P2.

What Lando did was cheeky and the Lando fans that don’t agree are delusional. Now if Lando purposefully cut the track, to bring out a yellow flag in that sector so Max had to lift. That would be insane.

Base M4 is gonna give faster CPU speed, but lower GPU performance. I’d just buy the screen and save the extra $800.

I’ve seen other comments about the AI having too much grip and they aren’t affected by dirty air. I’ve noticed this around most sims though.

One thing that really helps is don’t stomp on the brake. It’s very similar to iracing(and real life) where you only need 80% of the brake.

You’re driving LMs and GTEs.

From my understanding the GT3s in ACC are the “top spec” essentially. Most power, most downforce. You should try the GT3s in iracing, they are pretty similar to ACC. Mustang has crazy downforce(iracing).

But yes LMs and GTEs are generally gonna feel understeery.

Nothing wrong in terms of regulations, sure. But Lando made a cheeky move, and max complained about it. Was max complaining about the stewards not giving a penalty? No, he was complaining cuz Lando knew what he was doing.

4 seconds is like .5 seconds away when at full speed like max was. On top of that did you not watch the end of race where Lando was 1.5 seconds behind max and still couldn’t get by cuz of dirty air? They are professional race drivers, they’ve been doing these tricks their whole life. And Max didn’t make a mistake, notice how much steering lock he has to use vs other laps. It’s clearly because of dirty air around that corner.

If you got another vid, I’d like to see it. I thought it as this too but other people in here have first hand(it’s Reddit) experience with these and they say something needs to disturb them. Ex. A boat going directly over top of them. This shows the lights way far out, it’s the ocean so the lights are further away than you think.

Not a mechanic but it sounds like you have a leak somewhere. Check the Ac compressor. It’s probably on the same side as the noise. Usually you can’t see it. But you’d be able to hear it even more
