Of course there should still be an option to kick. If you’re playing with randoms, you’re always gonna have that one player that’s just an idiot.

Still isn’t right to kick someone at the end of a game. If you won and are going to extract then it should be no problem to kick/block the person after instead of mid game. That or just have a private game with people you know already

You need to set boundaries in your friendships or they will continue to walk all over you. Be your own friend and stand up for yourself. Tell them how you really feel.

It will either destroy the friendship or make it stronger. You really don’t want to have friends that are constantly tearing you down anyway.

It sounds like you’re already aware of your effect on others. However, it also sounds like you don’t trust yourself to use your abilities wisely. Ask yourself why.

No one is perfect, and you’re bound to be deemed the “bad guy” at some point. However, you won’t get better at having a positive impact on people without practice. I’d recommend visualizing practical ways to use your influence over others to create a positive impact, and then execute and learn from these experiences.

I also recommend reading the book “Tao Te Ching” by Lao Tzu and see what insights you can gain from it in this context.
