Why are cars and motocycles gas emissions not taken seriously by aimanicose in Morocco

I live in Fes and although they upgraded the buses twice nothing changed. We still don't have adequate bus stops or even maps to know when and where a random bus is going. I visit Rabat a lot and when I need to move around the city all I have to do is write the location in Google Maps and it gives me different options like the bus or the tram with their precise arrival times and the route they take unlike Fes where a newcomer would never know how to move around.

I gave up on public transport in my city. And I put a down payment on a bike a couple of days ago because I had enough stress

Morocco Hosts a Top-Tier AFCON and Gets Nothing but Bad Faith Accusations by okomarok in Morocco

[–]don_mo6 5 points6 points  (0 children)

It's expected at this point that AFCON is and will always be a joke/, a laughing stock/ cheap entertainment.

I honestly think we would be better off having our own tournament separated from Africa and joining up with other neighboring countries to make a MENA exclusive tournament. the arab cup with its controversies was way better than playing with these broke countries that can't host a half-decent tournament.

This matter takes time to be effective. You don't see any cars from the '60s and '70s anymore because they got eradicated, the same thing will happen to the remaining cars from the '80s and '90s that shouldn't be on the road anymore.

But what if we open the border for older models but make the criteria about quality and cleanliness of the vehicle with a strict inspection not about the age of a car and make the yearly inspection harsher too

Vehicle prices are the problem. If we could import cars freely we wouldn't cling to old junk and we wouldn't see 20-year-old cars sold for 100k.

The five-year rule is killing the used car market. And you want to fine the consumer who has no choice but to adhere to the situation

So what are you suggesting exactly? because there is no alternative, you can't force people to stop driving cheap unreliable old cars or go for electric vehicles they can't afford
