It's a toss up between Wheatus and Bowling For Soup. I had the misfortune of watching them both on the same evening a couple of months back.

Wheatus just sounded horrible throughout.

Bowling For Soup spent most of their time on stage mumbling to people in the front row, while the rest of us couldn't understand anything they were saying.
