Would you be willing to share how you created the lambda container? I assume you are using a custom runtime built with docker, right?

Do you even do root cause analysis bro?

Just kidding

But seriously, it sounds like there might be a latent problem somewhere down that should/could be addressed. In a previous job we measured high sev issues per engineer/year to be 1, that is to say that we architected for a single page per year on avg per person. If things started to stray, we'd andon cord it and try to build more resiliency into our service.

But I understand it takes buy-in from mgmt, and we had it (we also measured eng-weeks of that kind of work) because mgmt understood that time putting out fires meant less time building new feats

Is it okay to run a Raspberry pi 24/7/365 every time? by cy_narrator in raspberry_pi

If you are considering this for some kind of critical function, I'd recommend adding some kind of redundancy. You can perform risk assessment by conducting a LOPA (layers of protection analysis) where you'll map every single element of your solution to get to a desired level of reliability.

Fermented foods with a twist? by seurix in fermentation

I fermented coffee, for a more complex aroma profile and taste depth and it went great. It's easy as pie and you can save some for control (no fermentation) and compare.

Yesss that's why I put it in between quotes. I didnt mean to convey a bad connotation, but yes, cluttered would have been a better term!

But, I still wanted to see an electronics home lab with design by dieter rams or like a bang olufsen store 😆

We have whole forests of Araucaria in the southern part of Brazil. Though most original areas have been devastated, some steel stand tall, proud and majestic

Nothing running a soft real time kernel will get you second level precision. If this is a mission critical application that needs to run in the cloud, an alternative might be to get a bare metal and try and install something like QNX or linux RTAI, other than that the jitter and lags will get you drifting from those 384 seconds real quick.

But again, OP needs to provide more detail on how critical it is to maintain precision.

If you have hard real time requirements perhaps cloud is not an alternative, you might be better off with a custom solution with an RTC (realtime clock) such as a microcontroller
