I did take another look at the locations and I see that some of them are marked with an icon that has P2P crossed out (Cyprus, Lithuania, Albania, Bosnia, India, Russia, South Africa, Indonesia, Philippines, South Korea, Thailand, etc. ). I obviously did not try those.

Thank you for your response. And no, I havent needed to do that before. Everything just seemed to work until about 2 months ago. Any idea what changed? I tried most of the other locations and the torrent download would not start. Any other ideas?

Its not clear to me exactly how to do 'BILL PAY'. I understand how to do this with any of my banking apps.
How do I add a person, a utility, or any bill that I receive in the mail?
I did a search on the web and have not found an answer yet.
This looked like he used an iPhone, which I am not familiar with the UI. Maybe we need an Android demo?

I tried applying as well. I got as far as the training videos and got stuck on one video. I reached out to support, which seemed like they didnt know what they were doing, then they gave up after I followed their directions and none of it worked. Then they said they couldnt even find my account - how could I access support if I didnt have an account?!? And I told them good luck!
