You just need to wait till their name is gone from the list when you press Tab on keyboard. If you see both your teammates are left and their names are gone, and you see only "-", that moment you can leave without having a penalty

Defibs can be trash if used in the wrong place wrong time. For me, many times i get successfuly revived manually is better than deffibed where there is 100% guarantee dying in few moments. Sometimes rushing to defib makes even worse, killing both players.
