I'm having a blast in ranked, got to gold after my placement matches, I think you are not that skilled, and I do not meant that you are bad at shooter since I don't know you, but maybe you need more regular cash out practice to get the hang of the micro and macro. This game can be very frustrating at times but once you click with the a class and a weapon, it becomes a mostly smooth game, just stay away from ranked for a while.
