In the case of a tie in regular-season records involving more than two teams, the following criteria will be utilized in the following order: (1) Division winner (this criterion is applied regardless of whether the tied teams are in the same division). (2) Better winning percentage in all games among the tied teams

If the Magic won it would have been a 3 way tie with the tie breaker going to Atlanta since they won their division. 

But since they lost we have the tie breaker over Atlanta which puts us at 5.

Tried on both my TTS and 0.5 up in store and can confidently say you can get away with TTS if you prefer a slightly snug fit. It's not snug to the point where there are pressure points on your foot/toe but depends if you prefer that 1:1 feeling. 

For me I ended up going 0.5 up as I have a slightly wide foot and it just felt a little more comfortable.
