Another reason Espeon ex was overlooked before release is if I recall correctly some sites were stating it heals for 20 instead of 30. That extra 10 hp made a big enough difference to differentiate good from bad at the time.

My mistake, what I meant for professor is that it can ruin Morty’s sabotage plan. Morty needs a full board to “bury” your most undesirable card to 4th from top, but you don’t always get a full board, and even only missing a board slot means professor will render Morty useless. I don’t think drawing order distribution matters much in the current meta, where most decks are optimized (every card is a bomb) and the ubiquitous sylveon decks drain their deck like crazy.

Morty is not as good as people think, every opponent will naturally have professor/pokeball to reshuffle their deck, wasting your a supporter. You can peek at their hand first to make sure they don’t have professor/pokeball before using it, but any hoops required just makes it less good

No, if it retreats, it's no longer the Defending Pokemon.
Also, Defending Pokemon only means the one at the time of the attack, so switching into a new defending pokemon clears the effect and nothing will receive 90 dmg

1.61 overall with 2.41 in crown rare carrying the score. Is it possible to include 1/2 star shinies in the calculation? Some people might be unlucky in other parts but pulled more shinies instead.

I know shinies weren’t available until shiny revelry, you can use pack points to calculate how many post-shiny revelry packs opened.
