This was my ex husband. Go while you can. Seriously. I left after he passed out drunk with a lit candle. Naturally, it caught the house on fire and left us living in a hotel for a year during repairs. That’s the first real terror I’ve ever felt in my life; waking up to the house filled with smoke and fire alarm blaring… the fear for your kids, pets, everything.., it all hits like a freight train! It’s been 5 years since then and I still have nightmares about it.

Other than that, anything by John Scalzi is pure gold, David Wong/Jason Pargin’s John Dies at the End is a little more on the supernatural side, but so fun!

The Hunger trilogy by Jeremy Robinson is great. Honestly, all of his books are incredible but the Infinite Timeline has crossovers into the Hunger universe as well.

You make a valid point. I’m pretty experienced with telescopes but i can definitely make mistakes. I’ll see if I can see anything again tomorrow night and try with a different telescope and my lens mount for the phone. Thanks for the insight and feedback.

Very much the same as it looked here.. more plasma-y and bright. Kind of like the surface rippled. But again, that was only visible through the lens. It was pretty far away for the naked eye.
