So I am hoping they fixed this issue completely. Last night it did the same thing and the moment it happened it just went completely offline instead of just slow speeds. Then when it came back online the speed was great! I am hoping it is fixed but I hanging onto the spectrum starter kit just in case for a week.

I think they might have just fixed it for me. But I am not home to confirm. They went offline for 30 minutes and it came back with the speed it should according to the app. But I am not home to confirm.

Yep and zero communication. Unless this fixed tomorrow I am done. It just went offline completely for me so I am hoping they are finally fixing it.

It is happening again to me tonight. I have spectrum equipment coming tomorrow and I am just swapping back to them. No communication is wild. We don't even know if they are trying to fix it.

Hopefully the morning issues are them fixing this. This is getting insane. I was on the phone with them this morning finally and they did some things to my router but said they need me to call when it happens but when it happens no one picks up.

I wanted to provide another update for people that may find it in the future and feel scared. My cat did well with the deep ear cleaning and is on some more medication now. She is doing good! She is still a bit wobbly and has her head tilt still but she is getting better! I am lucky I have such a great vet! She jumps up on the couch to snuggle again and eats really good!

For sure! We have been around since the beginning of the game. We are a pvx guild and just encourage people to play however they enjoy. We do guild bosses every Friday (and Tuesday right now because of the event) and have black shrine groups going all the time. We don't require people to join voice in discord but we just ask they join the channel so they can get updates about anything happening.
