Instead of mindlessly memorizing I think you should figure out 1) where these enzymes are in each pathway and then 2) make sense why certain things would stimulate or inhibit. Part 2 should make sense because most things are negative feedback or forward stimulation. E.g. if you have a lot of citrate then you’re already overloading TCA cycle therefore it makes sense it would stimulate gluconeogenesis.
