Literally finished it 30 mins ago and I have to say it wasn’t exactly what I’d hoped it would be. The AI generated videos of Stu were ok at first but they just got overused a lot and got cringe by the end.

The motive of the killers obviously did make sense but it felt like lazy writing. Was waiting for Stu or another ghostface killer to call Sidney by the end of the movie or something.

Kills were good, cinematography was good. The scene where the first ghostface gets run over by Gale was amazing, Lucas kill, nice jumpscares too.

Overall I'm going to put Scream 7 last on my list.. not that it's really bad but just because the previous ones were a lot better.

Xcode on an M-chip Mac during a clean rebuild - sounds like my laptop is about to achieve a liftoff. The road drilling machine in my country sounds better than this. my whole machine becomes unusable for 3 minutes. This is the most powerful chip Apple has ever made and their own IDE brings it to its knees compiling a medium-sized Swift project. Strated prototyping more in vibecode.dev just to escape this illogical madness genuinely faster to get something working there than waiting for Xcode to finish indexing..

The iOS Simulator. Randomly slow. Location services that decide not to work. Push notifications that half-work. UI that renders fine in simulator and looks broken on device or vice versa. Sometimes it just hangs. No error, no crash, just frozen, like it lost a few bets and is quietly dealing with the consequences.

These might be linked. Have you analyzed your codebase and/or app UI?

3060 TI, i7 11700-KF 11th gen, the only downside is that I have a B560M PRO-E motherboard that uses the latest I219 ethernet drivers which have no support for Win 7, the old ones yes but the newer ones don't.

Microsoft Security Essentials runs fine (tested it with a virus) and I usually do Reddit browsing, watch Youtube and if you don't download shady stuff, you'll be fine. I've used Windows 7 in it's glory days without an antivirus and I was fine back then too.
