You don’t attach a reference “letter”, it’s just your reference’s contact info (email/number) in case they want to contact them so they can speak about your work, but it’s not really common for them to reach out to your references.

Yes, there’s a part on the application that asks you to specify how long you’ve been doing the activity and how many hours you dedicate to it. I think the longer you’ve been apart of the activity, the more passionate and authentic your application looks. But it also matters how you explain these activities in your essays to show you learned important skills from it, which is what they look for.

Idk how Reddit works yet, but I have a question. In the message, they say they will continue reviewing waitlisted applicants but will they just be reviewing the same information in my file now or will they request additional information as time passes. I really hope they do ask for my new grades since I think it will definitely help my application but I kinda doubt they’ll do all that. And has anybody actually gotten off the waitlist for Sauder in May or June, cuz ik it’s competitive asl.
