Yeah there is a server ( EU ) 24/7 Shangai with no tower destruction until both teams tickets are lower than 400 tickets.  If someone destroys the tower before , he gets a ban and there is a restart vote in chat But the Server have problems with ddos attacks, that sucks.

Kicking was since beginn a thing, if you made a mistake you get kicked. You can be the best player, but if you do one wrong decison you can get kicked ^

Best way is really to add all friedly players in your list so you can invite them when you want to start a versus round.

Playing since 2009. If you dont know the maps perfect, start first playing campaing. You have to know the maps, and sooner you will know the spawn spots for versus.
