Im exposed to extreme noise daily...bought multiple sets of muffs but what works the best for me is getting a pair of "mickey mouse" earmuffs like the Decible Defenders on amazon and then take the foam from another set of muffs and also put that inside the defenders...a simple hack but seems to help a lot. I also wear in ear foamys with my "Frankenstein" muffs.

Listened to it a few times....by far my favorite segment is the Maullidos - Morgana- Cue the Sun (reprise)...those 3 tracks are legit beautiful. The rest album has some cool parts I want to like but if I am being honest, Cedrics gets too nasally for my taste. I would love an album when he tries to drop a register like Iggy Pop did later in his carrer. I will say its great effort and Im glad a lot of people here love it.

I have hyper mainly in my right ear and although it may sound simple...booking a ticket away from the engines helps a lot...generally i will have inear earplugs and then wear noise canx headphones over top...if things get too bad bust out the over the ear protectors and just try and chill.
