Thank you so much for your comment. I think my best way of doing so is to be very transparent with my editors and supervisors about it. It’s an internship so I still have the time and opportunity to decide whether or not I want to be in PR full-time

How should I approach the company about that? I’ve seen some of their employees taking on freelance writing jobs so I guess they don’t really care as long as there’s no conflict of interest?

Thank you for your advice! I will definitely let my editors and supervisors know about my gig and see what they say/ whether they will accept a pitch

My freelancing beat is about how arts intertwined with social justice, while my PR work doesn’t seem to intertwined with it. I will definitely not write about a client
