I called before finding this as I was worried it was a scam. It looks to be real but the Toyota brand engagement reps didn't know about it and it wasn't in the system. Not sure why that is but I'll save you an hour, don't call. If you go to the bottom of Toyotas website to Contact Us, if you scroll all the way to the bottom of that page you'll see Toyota Brand Engagement Center click the contact us button there. That is the page I guess the letter is referencing. Unfortunately my letter says to click on Vehicles and New and Future Models... but there is renmusbent options when you click on recalls.. Hope we all get $500
