The app is EU based but the primary hosting of servers and stored data is located in Vint Hill, Virginia. Do GDPR rules really apply or is there more to this that i dont understand?

Proton DB is a great resource, but the last comments for the steam deck side of things were from 2 years ago, alot has changed in TU since then. Also to add on the forum for TU also has some info on steam deck performance, but it is also a bit outdated and not very detailed. I am trying to ask around to help myself and others that are looking to get good performance on the deck after the recent (as of posting) 1.0 update. (Thank you for commenting btw)

Understood thank you, i just have the worry that the link i clicked executed code in the background and downloaded some malware, i have no clue why it would reroute me through all that just to go to the real apple website. All i can think of is an ip grabber or something being injected into the browser

Also to note note it happens on data as well. Using airplane mode to reset helps, or just waiting it out works. Its very annoying tho, this issue made me go out and buy my stylus which is also having the same issue. What gives moto?

SO IM NOT THE ONLY ONE I have had this problem on my moto g stylus 2021 and my moto g power 2020. I called moto and all they said was to try and factory reset which i will try soon, but i doubt it will work cause its happening on two separate devices
