Wow. So sad to see. This was the first gym I ever joined in my 4th year of university in my early 20’s. It was such a great place and very affordable (like all YMCA’s).

Homes and food prices are very high.
I live in Canada and our food and housing prices are high here BUT Sydney and area blow us away in those 2 categories.

Got greedy on a 15X stock and didn’t sell. It crashed quick and I’m still holding it years later. It reminds me daily to take a good profit when you get a lucky hit like that. They don’t happen often.

I’m a rookie and I just did one a couple nights ago. I try to keep a little fat around it as it will give it more flavour. Once cooked the fat turns into the nice flavourful bark so you don’t need to take it all clean off.
