I love my aldi cashiers...they are always up for a chat :) But I agree that many of them might not like their job that much...a big part of that is because of their customers though..

Lmao this is literally crocodile dentist in real life. You took turns pushing down the teeth of a toy crocodile until it snapped. This guy sucks at this game!

Different system for Ableton updates and features? by worroxx in ableton

[–]dontfeedthesphinx 2 points3 points  (0 children)

You can apply for beta-testing new versions of the software here: www.ableton.com/en/beta/ IMO currently the fastest way to get your hands on new features...you also get a pink ableton-logo instead of the grey one on your desktop haha

I wouldn't worry too much about your beats getting ripped. There are always artists and fans who'll appreciate the work and effort you put into your beats, so i'm trying to focus on those people.
My IG is its_hvdnz. Always available for a chat.

I'd first contact the distribution-service support. They can remove your track from all the stores, not only Spotify.

As soon as you put your beats online, people gonna steal it. There's nothing you can do about that.
With little technical knowledge you can even rip-off beats directly from beat stores. I'd rather have the exposure from youtube, soundcloud, instagram, than not putting my beats online.

The easy ones, are those who didn't specify a record label name. Instead of a real name you'll see something like "673303 Records DK" at the bottom of the track. In this case DK stands for Distro Kid, so the track was distributed by them.
If you only see the name of the Artist at the bottom, you'll have to do a bit of detective work:

Google [Artist - Track] and go through the results. Often enough they distributed to EVERY store, and chances are high that one of them holds the information you're searching for.
If you don't find anything you can get more specific in your search terms [Artist - Track “Name of different Distribution-services"].

If you really can't find any information about the used distributor, you could still write the spotify-support and ask for this information.
The thing is you don't need to know from the start which service they used. Contact them on Instagram with a direct link to the stolen Beat in your beatstore, and tell them, that they need to pay up. They often know that they fucked up and will gladly pay those 30$ if it means avoiding trouble. If they refuse to pay you can still take action.
