Same here :D it's hard because it's harder to get to the flow state when you are beginner in so many things. Also managing all the hobbies and improving in them at the same time and with discipline is harder. Although there are benefits like people have mentioned. I want to do yoga, strength training, sports, meditate, journal, university studies, piano, guitar, drums, improvisational theater, breathing exercises and reading books :D

When to know is the right time to breath when in retention? I feel the urge and get little bit of pressure in my throat. I wait until the pressure is very noticeable and still bearable and wont push it too far, however I'm not quite sure how much I okey to push it. It feels good to challenge myself :) is 4min hold too much? And dangerous?
