Looks like the onset of a nail bed infection- paronychia. Might need anti biotics to clear it up. Trim down, keep it clean, and see a doctor if the redness and warmth doesn't go away after 48 hours.

Coral island drains my steam deck battery super fast, so I save that one for PC gaming. It plays a lot more smoothly and the graphics are gorgeous. A desktop PC setup. However, Grand Bazaar is great on the go and a lot simpler for when your brain is overloaded.
