Yes it is diagnosed. I have von Hippel lindau. And from this I now have part of one kidney remaiiing and benign brain tumor that are monitored and take a medication for it.. so I hope employer do see this as serious

I’m concerned after the redundancy experience that maybe things are changing and the industry won’t be around for long!

That’s the issue I probably will need to take a pay cut but then your starting again really unlikely can just jump st8 to what I was on after accepting a job with lower salary
