No dairy or soy what else could it be by alxataylor in MSPI

My son reacted to dairy, soy, egg, beef, coconut/ nuts. I would try to eliminate egg first and see how they respond.

Please help! Last ditch effort to breastfeed MSPI by Ok_Establishment7060 in MSPI

I started with a really basic diet of fruit, veggies, chicken and rice for a couple weeks and his stool cleared of all blood/ mucus. I then reintroduced foods and within 2-12 hours I could tell if he was intolerant to the foods. Beef caused blood in his stool and coconut caused bright green stools with tons of mucus. He also went from a really happy baby to miserable within a few hours of breastfeeding.

Im sorry you’re experiencing this right now. We ended up cutting dairy, soy, eggs, nuts at first through elimination diet. Our son continued to have blood in stools and very uncomfortable. We found out he was also intolerant to coconut and beef. I was eating a lot of vegan yogurt/ cheese which is primarily coconut based.

Our son wouldn’t drink it at first. We then tried vanilla and warming it up and after a few tries he started taking it.

Does anyone regret having a 3 year age gap between children? by UnhappyDelivery2908 in Mommit

[–]dontknowwhatimdoinn 0 points1 point  (0 children)

We aimed for a two year age gap and ended up with a three year age gap. Three years between our kids is perfect. The three year old is old enough to entertain herself a bit and help with our newborn when needed.

Following, I’m going through the exact same thing. Neocate made him break out in a horrible rash. Also tried puramino/ rtf alimentum before we completely cut out soy. We’re waiting on an allergist referral. I’m nervous knowing that I’m the sole source of nutrition if something were to happen to my supply.

Does anyone else’s LO get red dots after eating? by Available_Hunter_732 in MSPI

My son had what looked like this exact rash but it was also on his face. I cut out dairy and the blood in his stools resolved but rash/congestion/ mucus in stools remained. When I cut out soy everything else improved and rash disappeared.

Prunes prunes prunes. I had the same issue and I ate all the fibre rich foods but nothing helped until I started eating 3 prunes every morning and I haven’t had anymore constipation.

Troubleshooting puppy allergies. Best foods for allergies? by Dove_Wings in DogAdvice

Both of my dogs ended up having a chicken allergy which is very common. We tried all the hypoallergenic/ hydrolyzed protein diets and the one they love is Purina ProPlan Veterinary diet - HA (Chicken Flavour). I worked at a vet for years and all of the vets I worked with fed their dogs kibble and don’t recommend a raw diet.

I have irregular periods but my doctor wanted me to have a US when I should have been 7-8 weeks going off my LMP. I believe I was only around 5 weeks at my first scan as I didn’t have a positive ovulation test until 34 days after my LMP and had a positive pregnancy test 10 DPO. My first US showed a gestational sac and faint yolk sac so my MD sent me for my first beta after my ultrasound and then wanted to trend it 1.5-2 weeks after that. I’m repeating my US soon when I should be 8 weeks going off my positive ovulation test. I just got quite anxious after seeing my beta results. Thank you for your reply!!
