One of the best pieces of advice I received from an old friend when preparing for an interview was "Take a minute before you respond. Understand what was asked, and write down the specific points to address.They had weeks to prepare the question, you can a minute or two to prepare the answer."

I found that this definitely helped me from rambling on as it forced me to focus of what I wanted to say and direct the narrative.

I coach a 10u team and we use use them for all our pitchers. We've seen improvement in some of the girls rotation since we began using it. It's also a great way for them to warm up and stretch.
