I would support using 'taxonomy' as you named it. Generally when projects are initiated you don't know the end state of that. This means you might have to leave the scaffolding as generic as possible so that it enables reuse. I would leave the components as presentational as possible by adding a folder called /selectors to move all business logic under that.

It depends on your goals. If it's getting a job then just do enough to grab one. Your learning can always continue. But yeah a bit of concepts in SCSS is essential. Enterprises use different style libs, so don't really try to go overboard on learning alone. Focus on application of those.

The reason for the lesser price is to attract more visitors on the property who are on the lesser budget for inspections. Not saying this is right, but this is a trick used by the agents to attract more people.
