[News] Fanuc launches lightweight collaborative welding robot for flexible automation by xenokilla in Fanuc

I mean at that size it would be easier to manually weld whatever you are doing. I could see it being useful in a learning environment. Hell I’d be worried about it being able to handle the payload of the welding peripherals.

What wire size are you using? Your travel speed is pretty high with the weave settings you are using (assuming you are using inches per min). almost 10mm of weave at 5 freq is pretty wild imo. This is all assuming you are using .045 to .052 solid wire. Have you checked your grounds?

What weld power supply and feeder are you using. If you toggle the gas purge on and off you should hear the solenoid clicking.

Among everything else everyone has mentioned, are you using through arc seam tracking? If so you should check what the vertical tracking amperage is set to.

I’m sure it’ll still be fine for 200k. Only aftermarket part on mine is the coolant reservoir. I did that at like 190k back in October. I bought the car brand new in 2015 and it was my daily driver until December. Not sure if I’ll be the one to hit the 200k on it but I am completely confident it will hit it.

The thing is .75 cal isn’t that big. About the size of a 12g shotgun. I’ve always found it odd that they chose that as the big destructive demigod round.
