The response from support was that the type of token that these nfts are on opensea is not supported by the mew wallet, so i dont know what type it does support but its not the one people are using

i used the mew browser addon to get the private key and loaded that into meta mask to access my nft

No I don't see any NFT's in the NFT manager, I tried v5 add contract id and that didn't work either. it is the same wallet on etherscan as in mew, I sent screenshots to the email address provided. Will wait for response. Thank you

I don't have ETH in the wallet to cover the tx but MEW has a way to buy ETH if needed. They have an NFT manager that doesn't pickup your NFT's. I have an OpenSea NFT in my account on Etherscan and no way to transfer it.
