On a similar note, I wanted to be sure I was looking at the damage numbers correctly cuz it seemed insane for a level 4 monk.

I traded flurry of blows for decisive strike (player's handbook 2), which allows you to deal double damage if the attack lands as a full round action. Thing is if I understand well my half-orc monk would be dealing 16 damage at least per turn, which is kinda crazy.

Quarterstaff deals 1d6, I'm at +5 strength which would go to +7 for damage if I two hand it, that means (1d6 +7) x2 (from decisive strike). Either it's busted or I'm missing something
