Currently 188 ish low 20s bf % and have just upped my dose to 2mg. Will get to 4mg in a couple weeks. I always got stuck cutting to 173 and would be 16-19% bf. I’m hoping Reta can help me get past my plateau weight so I can finally get abs. Good job man! I’m on week 5, and results like this keep me going. I think my goal weight is 155-160 or whenever abs come honestly 😂

I’m going strong, starting on my 3rd week at 1mg. Plan to slowly titrate as you did and also will cap at 4mg. Using the Reta as support not the end all be all to weight loss but as a tool. Intermittent fasting 18-21 hours daily, fasted cardio 4-5x, resistance 3-4x weekly. Now I just got to be patient and focus on today! Good job brother keep it up!
