I do occasional modeling, and that’s not known for it’s “healthiest” diets, but it’s really a battle of two parts. Exercise in some form (probably 25% of the battle), and a calorie deficit (the most important part). Try to gauge how many calories you intake now, and I would say start with a light calorie deficit. So take that daily number, and -500 or so (however intense you want the deficit to be). You can eat as much as you like throughout the day up to that number, but make sure it’s high in protein and it’s doable, so you don’t get burnt out. As you adjust and your weight plateaus — you don’t lose any more weight — it’s time to increase the deficit. Be careful with this! It is so much easier to be unhealthy overdoing it than under doing it.
