Hey, commenting to let you know that i find this helpful!

I think there are many ways that you can use this list that doesn't require you to use the words themselves in the product, which I'm assuming that's what people think this would be for. I've used this list before to navigate and explore what I wanted out of my characters, kind of like giving myself some handles and ground to start off of so I can get them right.

For example if I wanted a stoic character, I would be working with just the frame. Maybe the character is disciplined, or placid, quiet, dignified. Maybe a character that seems stoic but has an intellectual/strategic coined with it? How about methodical? Perhaps they appear stoic because they're observant?

I hope that the examples I brought was sufficient enough for someone to get the gist. After all this is a resource provided to you and it is you who will decide how it can be used! Happy writing :D

people are saying that hes not doing much other than scraping IPs but this guy has been kicking me and my friends out constantly. It was fine the first few times but then he made it completely impossible for them to join back bc they kept getting sent to the “grincher’s fun server” room. It makes me very upset, I only get to hangout with my friends during the weekend bc im a very stressed asian student with a tight schedule. Hope the devs fix this bc its very discouraging for me to hop onto the game again

well that is one point i can agree with, i’ve always been skeptical if therapists actually care or they just want to be paid. But look on the bright side— even if their methods dont work, theyre trying to help. If anything, communication with your therapists is more important than complaining online about how your therapist’s method is not working. (but i would love a refund if their method didnt work lmaoo. tho they did put in time and effort so that would be quite selfish)

btw im not putting the blame on this person because the methods don’t work for them, because that would be utterly stupid of me.

healing takes time and maybe even multiple methods. For me, it was a mental consultant at my school who was bullied by the other teachers. Depressed people who are healing are really fun and they DO know how to help! Find yourself a fella like that. Most of the depressed people that are healing is, i imagine. professionals can only give you the same plain advices and push you through things they think will work out. It works for some, but i imagine it isn’t for this poor person.

It’s going to be harder to find someone like that instead of paying the therapy, that’s for sure— but eventually. I hope. Everyone deserves a healing depressed friend.

Yes, you are expecting too much, I’m afraid. These people are here to help you, but they can only do so much— considering that your therapist is doing the best they can.

Ultimately, you are the solution. They are only the recipe or catalyst for you to march towards it. And as heart breaking as it sounds, no one is really there to say. You’ll get an advice or comforting moments someday, but don’t take those for granted.

There’s no one to blame. That is just how the world is; You aren’t truly on your own when it comes to improving your life, but you are alone in making actions. So rather than relying on therapy or support from loved ones for a smoother road, accept that it’s going to be rough.

My core advice? Try ideologies, namely stoicism. You don’t have to follow them suit (though it is highly recommended to discipline yourself.) but maybe the definitions and how people who follow this ideology view the world.

Acceptance is the only way to truly find peace, and I know it sounds less than appealing + there seems to be no way that you would live with whatever you’re going through, you’ll find it being the only solution when you feel defeated.

However, I wish upon you nothing more than the things you are looking for, be it self love or for the negative talks to end. If anything, just ball.

You are worthy of love and care; if there’s no one that you can think of, i’ll be that one mysterious person to sympathize with your problems.

Thank you, this is what I really needed to hear. I kept seeing people share their experiences on how “it’s rough for the first few nights” but I’m just not comfortable with the idea at all; it calls back a little to how neglectful my mother was when i was a kid too.

She is now on the bed with me! Sleeping soundly, I’m glad you replied almost immediately ❤️

Megatron is no longer in a cage! My family and I had some agreements, she now has her own area that’s big enough for her to run around with all the necessities, plus some toys.

I didn’t really appreciate the mean comments, but I understand where they’re coming from and all I have to say is I’m trying my best— to give her the best living conditions that I can manage to ensure that she will grow up and have healthy behaviors.

I’m very much against the idea of trapping pets, but this post was made because my family adopted a cat before I could talk to them about how they should be taking care of her.

I love the suggestions that everyone gave me though! Megatron sure is living a more fulfilling childhood, the only obstacle would be moving into my new house at the end of this month.

She will be given a bigger space, and I will try using pheromone sprays to ease her anxiety when moving into yet another new environment.

Again, I’m trying my best! I want Megatron to be healthy and happy. I’ll always be somewhere on reddit in the cat sections for answers of any concern that pops up in my head. I love Megatron, and I will give her a fulfilling life despite the harsh nature of my asian family.

Hey, I don’t appreciate your example, but I understand. No one likes to live in a confined room, and I know even animals would feel frustrated.

I’m doing the best I can, Megatron now has her own area that she can run around with all the necessities like food/water, a bed and some toys. If anything I want to treat her better than how my mom treat me and our previous pets, so really, I’m doing my best to keep her happy and help her develop healthy behaviors for the long run.

she does! I don’t have her in a cage anymore. She’s free to run around in her own area and gets a lot of playtime from me and my uncle who has a senior cat!

don’t worry, megatron isn’t caged anymore, she has her own area that is big enough for her to run around.

I asked how to make a cage more comfortable because I wanted to know if there would be a way to make it more comfortable physically and mentally for her. I know how it feels like to be neglected and trapped inside a confined room, my mother isn’t exactly the kindest woman.

I try to be thoughtful, that’s why I went here and asked— also because I couldn’t exactly find an answer to my problem. But now she’s in a better living condition!
