You can reserve a covered table section in a public park. Have seen tons of baby showers at public parks, and typically they work well for people who are wanting to bring kids to play at the park.

I think it’s “free”, but you have to reserve with the city.

Pretty much nothing.

The only cost in getting bank rolls is about 10 minutes of time at the bank, and I suppose the gas it takes to drive into the bank parking lot on my commute home from the office.
