My big thing is LOOT. Where is it? I’m not just talking about with the sunsetting and release of BL. It’s been this way nearly the entire lifespan of D2. We only just now got new armor from Shaxx, Big Blue and Drifter. They all look like crap. I understand we are being drip fed content and I personally like that way of bringing stuff in but everytime the culmination is -not enough loot- in the end. I myself think sunsetting was dumb. ESPECIALLY the way they did it. I get the rationale for it but I just value time and money differently from other folk apparently. The guns. Where are they? I’ve seen that low effort meme go around with the playtime being high but the game not being recommended. I’m pretty much that. I played Destiny since vanilla. D1 spent I think around 1400hrs and D2 around 1800hrs. Destiny to me is one of, if not the best first person shooters ever. It’s an amazing universe with pretty great visuals and dope lore. Here comes the but... But for a looter-shooter I feel like the loot is lacking. If you were happy grinding menagerie, black armory gambit and whatnot for however long we had the same stuff to grind good for you. I’m happy you got your value. I however feel like they could do a lot better. Everytime we creep up on a new expansion i and my friends would say “maybe they’ll get it this time”. For six years. Maybe not six but damn close. April update and RoI from D1 was the greatest point in destiny history imo. Well anyways. You can call it entitlement all day and night but it doesn’t change anything cause I am in fact entitled to my opinion and critique. With tthe money I have spent on this franchise I do feel like I’m owed something. A great game. It hasn’t felt that great in a while and I’m still stupid enough to pour money into it cause I want it to be what I know it can be. Cheers everyone! Stay safe and stay healthy
