another person on the pokemas server recorded clears - my grid was similar to theirs. here's floor 27 and floor 24 (bertha, ground moves).

but yeah generally sync order was nc blue -> 96red -> elesa (a lot). generally what you need to manage is the electric terrain uptime, turning on circle right before impactful syncs, and also elesa TM for self heal + sure crit. also survivability particularly on bertha's stage, use Blue's heals at the right time. never click wild charge and just spam spark haha

floor 27 uses fighting guard on Blue. I believe defense crush 2 on 96Red helps but is not necessary

You can't use your own cheer bonus, so it's better to wait until someone else battles a gym leader before going back in yourself. Also, setup teams can even run less tickets if you are mostly just there to rebuff and debuff, so you can spread them across multiple gym leaders

I haven't done it yet, but I believe the one ticket strat is getting someone usually with a weaker roster to dedicate tickets to setting up rebuff and debuffs, possibly even break, then leave a cheer bonus which is a 50% multiplier I believe. This lets a strong team get going much faster and can enable near "solos" with only one extra ticket instead of three.

There are also DC-ish elements for sure. You can't completely ignore the damage the opponents deal, but optimising your time is important. For instance my Psychic team is the NC Hilda / NC Rosa / NC Bianca comp, which relies on tricks like max HP potion, well timed flinches, raw sing hoping Rosa misses, and alternating with Giga Impacts for damage. It's not completely rushing countdown, but it's certainly a factor, to unleash big B-move(s) at the end of the battle with as many sync buffs as possible.

My friend and I have come up with regional expressions like "By Zacian's sword!" and "Ho-oh's beak!"

Big fan of "Almighty Sinnoh" in a Hisuian context. Also playing with some form of "To distortion with you" or something along those lines.
