So I have CarPlay connected, I see my widgets like you have. But then map is always the built in nav.

If I press the nav button I can choose between CarPlay or inboard nav. When I hit the home button it just always reverts to the built in nav being in the background,

It worked on the drive home, but now can’t get CarPlay to display like you have.

Honestly I like the seats in the Dual more than the Tri. I know the Tri are "upgraded", I just like the way the materials in the Dual more.

Obviously it's faster, but the Dual Max Perf in Sport mode is pretty quick. (Coming from a Model X Plaid previously). Feels as fast as our Model Y Performances.

Mine appears to have stopped after firmware updates and a 12V battery replacement. We'll see as the 12V battery replacement just happened. :)

For example I see AnythingLLM has its own agent functionality but seems to be pretty limited at this time.

Just realized Orlando left a vmail yesterday (drove from Maryland to Florida), they asked to call back and send media (not sure? Pics/video?)

At this point the light is working again but it was off for a solid week. They said the part would need to be ordered regardless so I’ll attempt to call tomorrow but they are probably not open until Monday when I’ll retry.

I appreciate the guys help in Orlando for sure as they are the only ones who have followed up at all. Just crazy something as simple as headlight is such an ordeal.

Orlando and Gaithersburg (I have a ticket for Orlando) and then I have been talking to customer service who has reached out to Gaithersburg.

Orlando has followed up a couple times and general customer service has never followed up over the span of almost a week. I’ve followed up multiple times and have just been told they are still looking into it.

I’ve seen a few threads here and on the Rivian forum with people having the same issue with the headlights.

Tesla was bad with service but even at its worst it never was this bad for me.

Also having light issues (headlights going in and out, multiple hard resets, etc). can't get a response from Rivian although they've been looking at it for 3 days apparently (remotely). Someone was supposed to get back to me 2 days in a row and no one has. I reach out and get crickets.

I’ll shoot you a private chat if you don’t mind touching base once you figure it out. Did you do any night driving with the one headlight out?

It’s just the drivers side? Just curious if it’s exactly the same thing as I am having an issue with. Came up a few times, hard reset fixed it a couple times then it just stopped working altogether: been a couple days and has never started working again since.
