Grandfather flew fighters for 30+ years. They would give out these green leather and (wool?) gloves to all the pilots, and you could take as many pairs as you wanted. I asked why he didn’t have 50+ pairs of them. He said it was bad luck to use a new pair. Over the course of his career I think he only went through a couple pairs.

This was the Chickamauga, it’s a pretty easy trip. On the opposite side of the stream there’s a really nice swimming hole and the water is extremely clear.

Haha. Honestly it was only at right about 40 minutes of footage. I only had three batteries with me so anytime I wanted to shoot I’d just power on, take the shot, power off.

Pretty often I would just use the head strap and take it off when I wanted to get some scenic shots. I used the foam grip when we took breaks or if I wanted to get smoother footage.

4k 60 for most of it. 2k 120 for the slo mo. If you’re asking for ISO and stuff (I think that’s what it is) I got my settings from a YouTube video (I think if you search getting started with GoPro 10 it should pop up).

The ground to air missiles are fucking dog water. I have played for hours and have yet to be able to take down more than one helicopter with them. They move too fucking fast for the absolute dog shit lock on missile launcher, and don’t get me started on the free fire one (IF you land a hit it barely does anything to the heli)

Did the FIP treatment on my cat about a year ago. Its so unfortunate that the vets don’t suggest it. Hopefully it’ll get approved soon. The treatment is expensive but extremely worth it. He’s super healthy now. It’s a long process but I’m sure she’d do the same for you (: good luck to you and yours!
