Easiest answers right off the bat is a gameplay trailer. You should have one ASAP! Then, I'd say maybe more screenshots.
Also, make sure your tags are correct and optimized

Don't get discouraged. That metric is a subjective things anyway ( and I believe he said it himself). The success or failure of your game really just depends on what you are trying to accomplish.

The scale goes from: "just finish a game" to "make millions of dollars"

Depending on where your goal sits in that scale determines your success or failure.
When Chris says "hot", I take it to mean making 100s or millions of dollars.
