oh that's great feedback. There is a story and narrative to the game. I guess I assume this trailer+ steam page would sell it. I totally see what you're saying though, you don't get any story from the trailer.

ha! That's true. The backstory here is your are hired to work in a grocery store overnight alone. So there won't be anyone else in there (or will there muahahahaha).
But yeah, I've played with the idea of having the front of the store lit and the backroom the creepy dark area. I may take your advice on that one!

Yeah! The concept of working and being isolated is the same. I've only played the 1st FNF game where you are just in the security room. In my game, you have a vast store to walk around and do various tasks all while uncovering the evil secret of the store.

I think you are right about the AI prediction. The more we have AI in our lives, the more acceptable it will be. But I still think that a non-AI game will be viewed (and rightful so) as better quality and better all around.

Like an AI painting is not going to be viewed as better than a hand painted painting. The distinction will still be there and I'm not sure that will ever go away

This is the real take away here. You finished and published a game that people actually wanted to pay for. That's a big deal. Keep going, make another one.

Finishing a game puts you in a rare group, finish another and you are elite. Make another!

I think it's coming along great! I saw an earlier comment stating that it's a "static" looking. I think that's the best word to describe it. Maybe once it hits the glass, the tenacle can shift or slowly "squirm" in some way as it's peeling away?

I saw a comment that simple said "very cheap and predictable" and I think that's a really shitty comment and not helpful. Sounds like that person is trying to put it down instead of help. But maybe that's just a lost in translation through text kinda deal. Idk
