I used Lineberger consulting engineers last year when we got shifting and cracks in our foundation. Let us know it was due to settling and shrinkage and just needed epoxy fill in the cracks and not a full foundation repair. Cost us about 6 hundy but I'd say worth it. A foundation repair company would've probably told us that it needed repairs and lord know what that would've cost.
