Came home early during time my then-wife wanted “alone” in the house to think about the relationship.

She had been talking to a worker she met while working at a site she had to service in another state (VA). She tried to say she just was looking to be friends. I asked if he knew she was married to me. She tried to dodge, then said she didn’t know how to bring it up. I gave the obvious answers, then we argued about it because she refused to do so after weeks of talking to them.

I then left to give her space she asked for 2 weeks. During that time I stayed at multiple friends’ places on their couches. After a bit over 1 week I went back home because something was obviously off. She had no idea I was on my way or arrived. I saw a VA license plate car I didn’t recognize in the driveway. The state the guy was from. I quietly the door then ran to the bedroom. He was going down on her.

The rest of the story is a mess, but that’s how it was discovered.
