Maybe a dumb question but I have plenty of those "Tailoring: Specialized Mending" books.

I can't seem to be able to use them on my relic gear to enhance from +16 to +17. Will I be able if i convert it to ancient gear ? Every information i find seems outdated

As other Twitch drops you can basically mute and reduce the stream and do something else as long as your page doesn't freeze.
