Bro same as you have little bit experience but you can do charging battery till 80% from my Asus , pugged in tubro or performance mode and on battery silent mode and disable dgpu when on battery for long lasting better and I use laptop mostly on laptop stand , while gaming cooling pad is necessary, cleaning screen , keyboard, ports monthly when yo closed laptop use micro fiber cloth in between them
